Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before being prepared for shipping by either sending an email to support@store974.com or by calling at +974 7770 4974
Orders cancelled by customers are deleted after three days.
Refund Policy
Store974 will exchange or refund any product within 7 days provided the following condition are met:
- Rules and Condition Applies Online Purchase www.store974.com
- The product is sealed and is in its original condition & complete.
- Original Receipt is needed for Refund & Exchange.
- The product is exchanged with another product of the same value. Terms and conditions apply.
- No exchange or refund on digital codes and play cards.
- Computer builds that have been started 15% will be deducted on the refund once order is canceled.
- Service cannot be refunded.
- Delivery Charge cannot be refunded.
- Online Purchase refund will take 3 to 5 days to process the refund or as per the bank process.
- Any Condition stated on our policy will be considered void in case of violating the provision of article No (5) of law No (8) of 2008 on Consumers protection in the state of Qatar.
Purchase by QNB Installment Plan
By processing a payment through the FlexiPlan Terminal (QNB designated payment terminal), you irrevocably authorize the Bank:
to pay in full the price agreed between you and Vodafone for the Devices and Accessories you purchased; and
to charge to your Credit Card Account a fixed monthly installment agreed with Store 974 until the price of the items has been charged in full to the Credit Card Account.
The FlexiPlan scheme may not be used if the value of the items you purchased is less than QR3000.
You may not use the FlexiPlan scheme under a temporary Credit Card limit increase.
You may not make a partial payment of goods or services by means of the FlexiPlan scheme.
Upon processing the transaction, your available credit card limit will be reduced by the total amount of the transaction. The Bank will progressively restore your credit card limit as and when the instalment payments are received by the Bank.
Each month an equal installment amount shall be charged to the credit card account and included in the minimum amount payable as per the credit card terms and conditions.
Interest and late payment charges will be levied on any overdue Installment along with all other amounts that remain overdue in the credit card account in accordance with the terms and conditions that apply to your credit card.
Energy Drinks/items:
Warning: Not to be consumed by pregnant and lactating women, children under 16 years, people sensitive to caffeine, those suffering from heart problems and athletes during exercises. Not recommend consuming more than 2 portins per day.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@store974.com
